EStà (Economia e Sostenibilità) is a part of the core group in the project “URBAL”, commissioned by Agropolis Fondation, Cariplo Foundation and Fondation Daniel & Nina Carasso. This project is intended to contribute in providing a rigorous analysis of the dynamics in the urban area as they transition towards more sustainable food systems. The research focus is to understand, evaluate and support the changes for a more sustainable food system through the study of the urban driven innovations.
